How They Created and Opened a Bridal Boutique in Only 8 Weeks!

Tali Gallo

After 13 years in bridal fashion working with the most prestigious designers including Oscar De La Renta, Ines Di Santo, Lela Rose, Monique Lhuillier, and Vera Wang; Tali launched her first bridal boutique. She didn’t want to be limited by the traditional ways of retail where you can only help brides with the lines you carry. Her love of all designer gowns, attracted her to create a new concept bridal boutique; where gowns are sourced from couture designers, as well as other boutiques. She knew the exquisite runway dresses that were never worn belonged to a deserving home. With her experience with master dressmakers and seamstresses, she knew she could restore a sample dress back to pristine condition so a bride could enjoy it at a fraction of retail. During her engagement in 2014, she quickly realized the challenges today’s brides face. She had a five month engagement, paying for most of the wedding herself, while purchasing a home in College Park, Orlando. With her background in fashion, a designer wedding dress was the only way for her to feel confident walking down the aisle. Throughout her engagement and newlywed life, the idea of The Bridal Finery evolved. She decided if she was going to open a bridal boutique in Orlando, it had to be different and solve a problem. Combining sample sale and made-to-order wedding dresses into a single boutique experience was the answer!

Roberta Noronha

Roberta discovered her love of bridal fashion by creating custom looks for uniquely beautiful brides. Through her experience in the bridal industry, she understood how attractive it would be for a bride to have every couture designer under one roof. As Co-Owner of The Bridal Finery, she is able to grant her brides access to one-of-a-kind designer gown, straight from the runway. By connecting with esteemed designers, she is able to select the highest quality gowns in couture bridal fashion for her brides. As a mother of two daughters, she believes that finding a wedding gown should be remarkable and memorable, and she is committed to giving an exceptional experience to every bride as if they were her own family.   Born in Brazil, Roberta keeps pace with international fashion, has a true appreciation for multicultural weddings, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She is praised in the industry for her expert advice featured on Fox 35 News, as well as many other international publications.
