I’m Brandee and I help wedding business owners sustainably scale their business so they can create a PROFITABLE business without the overwhelm. (Yes, it’s possible!)

It's easy to look at someone who's achieved success and say that business or leadership came easy to them, but what you don't see is all the late nights, tears, burnout, and breakdowns they had to experience first.

This was my story. I quit my event planning job to start a business so I could support my family and spend more time with our girls. But because I didn't know how to run a business, I found myself spending less time with my family and earning very little income.

A few years into my business, I finally hired a mentor, invested in my business, recruited my husband to work with me, and achieved the time and financial freedom I dreamed about when first starting my business!

As a working mom and wife, you might feel like you're always failing at something. But I assure you, those eyes are watching and what they see is a strong, well-rounded, hard-working mom/wife/woman/CEO that is realizing their wildest dreams. You are teaching them they can do anything they set their mind to! However, you don’t need to do it all alone. It took me a while to realize this, but strength also looks like investing in yourself and getting help so you have enough space to help them reach their highest potential as well.
