Today I’m sitting down with Kristy Rice of Momental Designs and Paint Crush to talk about something I struggle with a lot: the guilt of balancing being a mom, CEO, wife, mentor for your team, and just all the things.
This might be one of my favorite episodes to date because Kristy keeps it so real and unapologetic in this episode. It’s something many of us deal with but don’t talk about a lot, so I found talking to her refreshing, encouraging, and hopeful. If you also deal with parent/entrepreneur guilt, I know you’ll feel the same.
Meet Kristy Rice and listen to her journey into the wedding invitation and art space!
Integration versus compartmentalization as a business owner and parent.
Getting creative (and a bit weird) when balancing your time and family time.
Letting go of the guilt for reserving time for yourself.
Figuring out that “thing” that fills your cup and creating pockets of moments for alone time.
Working ahead so you can spend time with your family.
Did you love this episode?? It would mean the world to me if you take just 2 minutes to leave a review of the podcast! Your reviews help us to rank on the charts and bring more great content to even more wedding and creative entrepreneurs like you!
I help creative business owners sustainably scale their business so they can create a thriving career and work-life balance.
